A PHP - Partial Hospitalization Program is a step-down level of care after leaving detox-residential treatment. At Strive Health & Wellness, we offer a structured and flexible PHP - Partial Hospitalization Program that helps hold you, the patient, accountable while also supporting your specific needs. You will receive 25 hours of group sessions throughout the week followed by individual sessions with our primary therapist. Recovery is very different for everyone. This is why Strive Health & Wellness believes that creating an individualized plan for each patient is one of the most important parts of the recovery process.
Strive Health & Wellness' PHP - Partial Hospitalization Program is very flexible, offering therapy throughout the day while giving some freedom at night for your own recovery and personal affairs. After group session, Strive Health & Wellness offers transportation back to your place of residency. This will give you time to work on other personal commitments such as school, family, and self help meetings all while getting the help you need. This is to ensure you can focus on rebuilding your life and future free from drugs and alcohol.
